LAL Proficiency Testing

Introduction

Globalization of testing facilities have increased the value of proficiency testing. LAL test laboratories which participate in a LAL Proficiency Testing program demonstrate their commitment to deliver reliable test data, thereby improving their popularity among customers and establish greater credibility with the regulators. Additionally, regulation driven methods, such as the case of endotoxin monitoring in dialysis stations, frequently specify accredited laboratories only testing. Accredited laboratories require proof of proficiency and competency. OPULUS LALPT extends the capability for proficiency testing by a unique concept of Global Quality Improvement in LAL determinations.
